  • Do not log in over public Wi-Fi without a VPN. While BadPro uses end-to-end encryption, accessing your account over an unsecured public network is always a risk worth avoiding.
  • Use the "Keep me logged in" option only on personal devices. On a shared phone or a phone that other people use, leave this unticked to ensure your session ends automatically when you close the app.
  • Log out after every session on a shared device. BadPro's auto-timeout handles this after 30 minutes of inactivity, but manually logging out is instant and removes any risk.

After five failed login attempts, BadPro locks the account for 30 minutes as a security measure. The lock lifts automatically — just wait and try again with the correct password.
