BadPro FAQ — Everything You Need to Know, Answered

No. BadPro enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim a welcome bonus twice or for any other reason — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are detected through device fingerprinting, IP matching, payment account cross-referencing, and CNIC matching during KYC. All accounts in a duplicate group will be permanently closed and balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support to recover it — do not register a new one.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not required at registration. It is triggered before your first withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or if our fraud detection system flags a review. When KYC is required, you'll be prompted to submit a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a screenshot of your payment account (Easypaisa/JazzCash) showing the account name. The name must match your BadPro account registration. Most KYC reviews complete within 24 hours.

Log in with your current number while it's still active. Go to Settings → Security → Change Mobile Number. You'll need to verify both the old and new number via OTP. If your old number is already inactive, email support@badpro.bet with your CNIC details for a manual update. For security reasons, mobile number changes cannot be done over live chat — they require email verification.

After five consecutive failed login attempts, BadPro automatically locks the account for 30 minutes as a security measure. The lock lifts automatically — just wait and try again with the correct password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page to reset it via OTP. For any other lock reason (security review, responsible gaming restriction), contact support via live chat.

You must be 18 years or older to create a BadPro account. This is verified at registration by date of birth and enforced during KYC via CNIC. BadPro takes its age verification obligations seriously. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance returned after investigation. To permanently close your account, go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion and select "Permanent". This action is irreversible. Any remaining PKR balance in your wallet will be returned to your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account within 72 hours. Alternatively, email support@badpro.bet from your registered email requesting permanent account closure — the same process applies.

Yes. Your BadPro account can be accessed on multiple devices at the same time — phone, tablet, or laptop. All sessions share the same PKR wallet and balance in real time. You can view all active sessions in Settings → Security → Active Sessions and instantly terminate any session you don't recognise. BadPro recommends logging out of devices you no longer use regularly.

BadPro accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges. Easypaisa and JazzCash are the most popular choices among Pakistani players because deposits are instant and require only your mobile number and MPIN.

The minimum deposit is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfers and card payments, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit at the standard account level, though VIP accounts may have higher pre-approved limits for convenience. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit instantly — typically within 10–30 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are also near-instant. IBFT bank transfers can take 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the sending bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are processed in 5–10 minutes. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected time, check your bank statement to confirm it left your account, then contact support with the transaction reference number.

BadPro does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you deposit is credited to your PKR wallet. However, your payment provider (e.g. your bank for IBFT, or the card network for Visa/Mastercard) may charge their own transaction fee on their end. Easypaisa and JazzCash do not charge fees for transfers to BadPro. Check with your specific provider if you're unsure.

A pending status means the payment has been initiated but not yet confirmed by the payment processor. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, this should clear within 5 minutes. For IBFT, allow up to 4 hours. If the deposit remains pending beyond these timeframes and you can confirm the amount left your account (via your bank statement or payment app history), contact BadPro support via live chat and provide the transaction reference number. Our team can investigate and manually credit the deposit if the payment cleared on the provider's side.

Yes. Go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set a maximum deposit per day, per week, and/or per month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising a limit has a mandatory 24-hour delay before it applies — this prevents impulsive changes during a session. No. BadPro requires that deposits come from a payment method registered in the same name as the BadPro account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. This policy exists to prevent money laundering, fraud, and disputes over funds. If your Easypaisa or JazzCash account is in a different name to your BadPro account, contact KYC support before attempting a deposit.

Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash process within 30 minutes to 4 hours during business hours. IBFT bank transfers take 1–2 working days. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Elite members receive priority processing — withdrawals are typically handled within 30 minutes regardless of payment method. Large withdrawals above Rs 100,000 may require a brief compliance check before release, which can add up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 via Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 1,000 via IBFT. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large amounts may be split across multiple transactions for processing reasons. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, and the name on the receiving account must match your BadPro account name.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: pending KYC documents, an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements, a technical issue with the payment processor, or a compliance review for large amounts. A rejected withdrawal usually means a name mismatch between your BadPro account and payment account, incomplete KYC, or a suspected policy breach. If your withdrawal is held, log in and check the notification in your wallet section — the reason is usually displayed there. Contact support if it's unclear.

Not by default. For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, BadPro returns funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If you need to withdraw to a different account — for example, if your Easypaisa number has changed — contact support@badpro.bet and submit proof of ownership of the new account. This requires CNIC verification and typically takes 1–2 business days to approve.

BadPro does not charge withdrawal fees for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions. IBFT withdrawals may attract a nominal bank processing fee depending on your bank. VIP Gold tier and above enjoy completely fee-free withdrawals across all methods. Any applicable fee is always displayed on the withdrawal confirmation screen before you finalise the request — nothing is deducted without your knowledge.

Withdrawal cancellation is possible only while the request is still in "Pending" status, before it moves to "Processing". Go to your Wallet → Withdrawal History and use the Cancel option next to the pending request. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" status it cannot be cancelled — the funds are already in transfer. If you cancel a pending withdrawal, the amount returns to your PKR wallet balance immediately.

A wagering requirement (also called playthrough) means you need to bet a total amount equal to the bonus value multiplied by the requirement before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 10,000 in total eligible bets before the Rs 1,000 bonus becomes real money you can withdraw. Winnings generated by bonus funds are added to your real-money balance once the requirement is met.

First, confirm that your account mobile number is fully verified via OTP — the welcome bonus only triggers on verified accounts. No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is fully met. Every BadPro account has a unique referral code found in Settings → Refer a Friend. Share your code with a friend. When they register using your code and make their first deposit, both of you receive a real-money PKR bonus credited to your wallets automatically. There is no wagering requirement on referral bonuses — the amount is instantly withdrawable. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer. Yes. Most bonuses carry an expiry — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation, depending on the promotion type. The expiry date and remaining time are displayed clearly on each active bonus in your Bonuses dashboard. If a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Unused bonus amounts are also forfeited at expiry. Aviator is a crash-format game where a multiplier starts at 1.00× and climbs upward. You place a bet before the round starts, and your goal is to cash out before the multiplier crashes. If a match is officially abandoned without a result — including due to rain, bad light, or other interruptions — all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your PKR wallet. Yes. BadPro offers cash-out functionality on selected sports markets, including most major cricket matches. The cash-out option appears in your Active Bets section while the market is in play. The offered cash-out amount reflects the current implied probability — it may be less than your potential win (if your bet is struggling) or less than your potential full payout (if your position is strong but not certain). Change your password immediately via the Forgot Password flow (you'll need your OTP). Then go to Settings → Security → Active Sessions and terminate all sessions except your current one. Contact BadPro support via live chat or support@badpro.bet and report the unauthorised access. Our security team will review login logs and take appropriate action. If funds were removed without authorisation, a formal investigation will be opened.

Never. BadPro support staff, live chat agents, and compliance team members will never ask for your password. Our systems do not require it. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from BadPro and asks for your password — via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — it is a phishing attempt. Do not share your password with anyone, and report it immediately to support@badpro.bet.

Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Toggle OTP Login to "On". From that point, every login will require both your password and a fresh OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You can also choose to require OTP only on new devices or after a set period. BadPro strongly recommends enabling 2FA for all accounts, especially those with VIP balances or regular large withdrawals.

While BadPro cannot share account details with third parties due to privacy obligations, our compliance team will review the account in question and take appropriate welfare action. You do not need to provide proof — a clear description is sufficient to trigger a review. Third-party welfare concerns are taken seriously.

No. All marketing and promotional communications — SMS, email, WhatsApp — are stopped automatically the moment a cooling-off period or self-exclusion is activated. You will still receive necessary transactional messages (such as confirmation of the restriction itself or balance return notification), but no promotional content.
